This picture wasn't taken today, but I feel the need to post it anyway. Last night Rascal, the stray I have been taking care of, died in a tragic manner. This picture was taken of us on one of the first days we met where I work. Goodbye little man, I love you.
And for a picture actually taken today, this is how my other cat Binx tried to help me through my grief over Rascal...by eating my pizza.
I'm so sorry to hear about Rascal :-( At least he's not suffering anymore. But that has to be really hard!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jessica, it is hard, but it is even harder for Lucas. He had been living with him longer than he lived with me, plus it was the 3 year ann. of the day his dog was it by a car, and he took the cat to the same vet, at the same time of night, etc. Really spooky similarities, and he's just having a hard time dealing with what he saw. I didn't witness what happened, but he did and was all alone to deal with it.
