These next few posts are kinda a cop-out.  I honestly didn't take any pictures, because I've been kinda depressed lately.  I didn't really do much or go anywhere- just stayed in bed on the laptop or watched TV for the most part.  So, I am using a shot of the TV for day 19, although I actually took it on day 23 and am post-dating it.

This picture wasn't taken today,  but I feel the need to post it anyway.  Last night Rascal, the stray I have been taking care of, died in a tragic manner.  This picture was taken of us on one of the first days we met where I work.  Goodbye little man, I love you.

And for a picture actually taken today, this is how my other cat Binx tried to help me through my grief over Rascal...by eating my pizza.

I went on another kitty visit today, and while there, my friend tried to teach me how to play Euchre. (I wasn't even sure how to spell Euchre, I just had to Google it to make sure I was right. I was.) Let's just say it didn't go well. Who came up with this crap? After two rounds, just as I thought I was kinda following along, I realized I wasn't. I got so frustrated, I cried. Over Euchre. Not really sure I want to try again. Go Fish anyone?

Don't feel very well, so I spent a good chunk of my day re-doing my Facebook Farm-Town farm to look like the historical farm where I work in real life.

OK, this is funny.  Rascal has been a very selective eater lately, and he can't afford to loose any weight, so Lucas and I gave in and bring his food right to him at feedin' time.  Today, this happened right as Rascal was performing "kitty yoga" (cleaning himmself), and apparently couldn't be bothered to put his back leg down while eating. Oh and apparently, Lucas's "no cat on the couch" rule has gone out the window.

It's been snowing off and on since New Years Day, and today has been no exception.  It's enough that it's not exactly safe to drive, and I'm starting to feel a touch of cabin fever.  I even slipped and fell on ice just getting into my car today, so it looks like I'm not going anywhere for awhile...

Day 3

I spent a good portion of the day balancing my checkbook, paying bills, and fretting over the fact I don't have enough money.

I went out to see Rascal, the stray cat I am taking care of, in hopes of helping him adjust to living with my friend Lucas.  I actually forgot to take a picture of him while I was there, so Lucas had to take one with his cell and text it to me.

After returning home from my New Year activites, the rest of the day was spent in my footie pjs creating this blog.
